1. 8-Day Return Policy
VEXTERA LIMITED offers a 8-day return policy from the date you receive your item. This policy is designed for your peace of mind. Please note that this policy does not apply to products clearly marked as “Non-returnable” for hygiene or safety reasons, such as intimate apparel or final sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without this valid RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
3. Condition of Returns
For a return to be considered, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition. It must be securely repackaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all tags attached and including all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
4. Eligibility for Refund
We provide refunds only for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from their description on our website. We stand behind the quality of our products and will resolve these issues promptly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or if the product was damaged due to factors beyond our control after delivery. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund application is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
